How long does the heat last?
Up to 10 hours on Low with a 10,000mAh power bank. Higher settings use more power, so expect fewer hours on High.
Is the power bank included?
The power bank isn't included with the jacket. Use any standard 5V USB power bank you already own, or add our 10,000mAh power bank for $20 when you order.
Can I wash it?
Yes. Unplug and remove the power bank, tuck the cable into the pocket, then machine wash cold on gentle inside a laundry bag. Hang to dry. Don't tumble dry or iron.
Can I fly with it?
Yes. Keep the power bank in your carry-on, not in checked bags, and check your airline's battery rules.
What if it's not for me?
